RETURN POLICY

Return Window

Items may be returned within 15 days from the delivery date (or order fulfillment date). Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

(Return shipping is not refundable.)

Exchange/Refund Process

Email support@t89wears.store with your order ID, photos of the item, and the reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within X business days and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items

  • Essentials, collaboration pieces marked final sale

  • Any item without original tags/packages

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

The Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
